I specialise in European cultural history – especially rare continental books in the social sciences, economics, and philosophy. My stock is particularly strong on the European Enlightenment and the early industrial revolution, its philosophy, impact on commerce and everyday life, technological developments, and view of women. I am also interested in the practical production of books and the distribution of texts, and thus offer printers’, engraving & bookbinding manuals, books on copyright laws or censorship, and early library catalogues. I issue regular illustrated and fully annotated catalogues, which are sent out on request, and exhibit at major international book fairs, such as London, New York, Rome, Berlin and Tokyo.
